Kipre to join Ipswich on permanent deal

Ipswich have signed Cedric Kipre on a permanent deal from Stade de Reims on a two-year contract.

The central defender spent this season on loan with the Blues and, during the campaign, triggered a deal to make him a Town player for an undisclosed fee.

Cedric, 29, made 32 league appearances and scored four goals.

It feels brilliant to be officially part of this massive club after everything we have achieved together, Kipre said.

I have loved being here since the first day I arrived. Everyone welcomed me so well and it didnt feel like I was on loan, so Im delighted to become a permanent player.

Rawlins signs pre-contract agreement with Dundee United

Dundee United have secured their third signing from the Australian A-League for next season after announcing a pre-contract agreement with versatile defender Joshua Rawlins.

Rawlins, who can play at wing-back or centre-back, will join the Terrors on a two-year contract, with the William Hill Premiership club holding the option of an additional 12 months.

The Australia Under-23 international began his career with Perth Glory and then had a spell in the Netherlands with Utrecht before returning to his homeland to sign for Melbourne in 2024.

Rawlins follows Newcastle Jets forward Lachlan Rose and Auckland FC attacker Jesse Randall in agreeing a pre-contract with United.
