We all love food, that’s no lie. We love all types of foods but, sometimes it’s easier to go down the street to your local fast food restaurant and get a nice burger and fries, however that can have a lot of impact on your health and other things.

Fast foods are very greasy and packed full of calories which can cause many disorders like diabetes, obesity, and among other things, it affects one’s health in negative ways. If a person gets too obese from fast foods they can have many health problems such as high blood pressure, heart diseases, cancers, strokes, and even death.

If parents are constantly feeding their child(ren) fast foods and junk foods it can cause childhood obesity and that can be very dangerous for a child. They can end up having very, very dangerous health conditions, they can be made fun of in school for being overweight, which in return causes mental health issues and even more.

Many people think fast food is just an easy lunch or dinner but it can be a trip to the hospital or even underground if you eat too much fast food overtime. Junk foods can do the same to you. Donuts, cookies, cakes, pies, they all can cause health disorders too.

In conclusion, it may be easy to go down the street to your nearest fast food place but that can end badly. Maybe try home cooked meals and less greasy foods. Or organic foods. Fruits and vegetables are very nutritious for you, they’re full of vitamins and minerals.
