Remind myself that emotions are hormones and chemically reactions. They are only made for reproduction, to avoid people, think before I speak. Keep a reminder of how people, and in the past they destroyed eachother for the most funniest reasons. All at the same time keeping myself busy. What I've learned from this is that this is the body natural response to much feelings. We as humans aren't meant for this so it was bound to happen sooner or later. If I ever do feel anything it's mostly anger, anger overpowers all. Now that this happened I don't have remorse for it, it's great.
