There are also specific massages like massages for pregnant women and athletes. In addition, reflexology, or foot massage is done by applying pressure on the foot. The belief is that certain points on the foot correspond to organs and systems in the body. Whatever a person's need, one may try relaxing and refreshing by getting a massage.
