♡↼A rainy day⇀♡

It was the best of times of times when I could recall the smell of the rain ,fresh on the pavement. when one midsummer evening, the sky was covered with dark clouds and it started raining, and I could listen to the patter of soft rain on the roof of my room's window .

Being a pIuviophiIe, I couldn't resist but swiftly leave my bed where I ,a moment ago ,was reading Emily Brontë .

I gazed around to relish the ecstatic

scenary right from from my window. There was something about that fiery street,in the narrow lane, that day,the dust and heat on it, was washing away by the blob of dreary clouds in the sky .

I couldn't help but ran downstair ,out

of my home ,in the street. Now I was under the sky where the cascade of raindrops was racing down and I could feel that rush , deep in my soul .

Soon , I espied few morsel plants and bugs ,some of them being of sheeny

appearance , making them appealing to one's conscience.

Them ,tiny creatures,a boom from

the nature, were roaming around there in peace, which made the aura more euphoric and the droplets of rain on them were gleaming as pearls.

On the other side ,the little plants with a

few unobtrusive flowers, were blooming joyously in the air ,as if smiling and dancing in the rain .

There , after quite a time , when the rain was still descending down with the same pace ,a couple of kids with their paper boats caught my eyes ,they were flowing the chromatic boats on the water surface that got collected due to the fall of escalated drops off the sky. A fraction of kids came out too as saw the others having fun ,but instead of paper boating, they started to jump on the ground , giggling as they did so and the

smiles on their face could light up the whole town and brighten anyone's crestfallen self and to boost them up ,the frogs were singing the song of fairies in their eulogizing voice .

Soon the glistening of the raindrops from the dreamscaping sky seemed to dwindle , leaving  us all with a wondrous lark of memories.
