People who have their phones are more likely to have a troubled relationship. The cartoon is illustrating the fact that in this society in the 21st century, we are never truly connected, and we are all shaped by and addicted to our technology that we never think about our loved ones.

The picture shows people hugging while staring at their phones. This shows how society has lost themselves within the internet or electronics. Instead of enjoying the moment and love they receive from people around them, they decide to scroll through the internet. It is not healthy as it can lead to trouble in someone’s relationship. Research has proven that overuse of phones can cause dissatisfaction with a partner in a relationship. It has also been proven by people who are in a relationship that using phones most of the time causes problems, such as a boring relationship and more arguments. people who stare at their phones will never understand the beauty of having a relationship.

A set of studies showed that just having a phone out and present during a conversation (say, on the table between you) interferes with your sense of connection to the other person, the feelings of closeness experienced, and the quality of the conversation. This phenomenon is especially the case during meaningful conversations—you lose the opportunity for true and authentic connection to another person, the core tenet of any friendship or relationship. When we are on our phones, we are not looking at other people and not reading their facial expressions (tears in their eyes, frowns, smiles). We do not hear the nuances in their tone of voice (was it shaky with anxiety?) or notice their body posture (slumped and sad? or excited and enthusiastic?). According to these studies, conversations with no smartphones present are rated as significantly higher-quality than those with smartphones around, regardless of people’s age, ethnicity, gender, or mood. We feel more empathy when smartphones are put away. people should put their phones on do not disturb and focus on the person they are eating or going out with.

People who have a phone and are not paying attention are more likely to have an unhealthy relationship because they are not focusing on their partners needs or wants, they are just zoned in on the internet and technology instead of being in the real world.

Answers

Answer:

They speak of imminent "Dark Nights," and he realizes that the moon is waning. He imagines that his theory about the division of labour being carried to the extreme was right, that at one point the ancestors of the Morlocks must have been driven underground to work for the ancestors of the Eloi, but that now the balance of power has shifted. In their restful ease, the Eloi have grown weak, while the Morlocks have grown strong. He imagines that both are the descendents of man, and that the instinct against cannibalism must have gone out of style. He also imagines that his journey into the underworld must have horribly upset the Morlocks. Nervous, the traveller hastens to find a safe place to spend the night.

why did the olympic structures in brazil crumble

Answers

Is it a multiple choise answer?

The Olympic structures in Brazil did not necessarily "crumble," but there were several issues with the Olympic facilities after the 2016 Summer Olympics held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. One of the main issues was the lack of maintenance.

What are Olympic structures?

Olympic structures are the various buildings, facilities, and infrastructure that are constructed or improved for the purpose of hosting the Olympic Games. These structures include stadiums, arenas, athlete's villages, media centers, and transportation systems, among others.

Each Olympic host city must build or improve its facilities to meet the requirements and standards set by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the organization responsible for overseeing the Olympic Games. These requirements include not only the necessary sports facilities but also other infrastructure such as transportation, accommodations, and security measures.

Building or improving these Olympic structures is a massive undertaking, and can cost billions of dollars. The goal is to create state-of-the-art facilities that provide a high-quality experience for athletes, spectators, and other visitors, while also leaving a lasting legacy for the host city and its residents.

Here in the Question,

The Olympic structures in Brazil did not necessarily "crumble," but there were several issues with the Olympic facilities after the 2016 Summer Olympics held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

One of the main issues was the lack of maintenance of the facilities after the event. Many of the venues were left abandoned or were not properly maintained, which led to issues with plumbing, electrical systems, and other infrastructure problems.

Another issue was the high cost of constructing the facilities, which resulted in several unfinished projects and buildings. The organizers had to cut corners in order to complete the projects in time for the Olympics, which led to structural issues and safety concerns.

Additionally, there were also allegations of corruption and mismanagement during the construction of the facilities, which may have contributed to some of the problems.

Therefore, the issues with the Olympic structures in Brazil were complex and multifaceted, involving a combination of factors such as lack of maintenance, high construction costs, and corruption.

can someone write me a short story about why you shouldn't bully people <3

Answers

Answer:

I can try a little. Hope it helps.

Explanation:

Most of the time, people like to bully or oppress others usually younger, smaller or considerably 'weaker' than they are for many reasons.

Most popularly, the first reason could be that the bully is jealous or envious of something the person they're bullying has or is because they either want that for themselves or they can't stand to see someone have something they feel that they deserve or wish they had.

One more reason, probably more important than the first, is PEER PRESSURE. The need to feel among or to fit in with a group of people one's age or with one's similar interests. A very simple example could be as someone who is interested in joining or befriending a particular group of people they assume to be 'cool' or 'admirable', would lead them to be easily persuaded to fulfill almost any wish of said group in order to gain acknowledgement or approval from them. This is most common among the teens and young adults, even kids. This is known as the need to feel among.

Onto the main point of this question, it isn't right, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, to bully or oppress people for many reasons, here are a few.

Bullying can deeply traumatize a person, doing nothing but damage to their self esteem and confidence. Someone who is bullied will eventually begin to see themselves as 'less than' or 'unworthy' of being seen by others. This can change their ways of thinking or even lead them to hate a particular kind of people, mostly the kind who have oppressed them. Or to become bullies themselves so as to appear powerful in their own right.

One other thing reason you shouldn't bully or allow bullying is because even as the bully themselves, would come to regret their choices in the future when they grow older, and more importantly, wiser. They would find themselves reflecting on their past choices and regretting them, hoping their actions didn't, in the end, cause more damage than they'd imagined.

I'm short, both the 'Bully' and the 'Bullied' stand to only lose when caught up in such acts, thank you....

I hope this helps!

Please help me with number 43 To answer this question, you will read two articles. First, read Article 1.Planning for the construction of O'Hare International Airport began in 1945 when a committee chose Orchard Field as the location of the future airport. In 1955, the airport opened to commercial air traffic and O'Hare International Airport served as a hub for travelers throughout the world. To respond to the increasing number of passengers, the airport expanded. O'Hare added a fifth runway and opened a terminal for international travel. Passengers could take flights to other countries and throughout the United States. The amount of land used by the airport grew to about 7,200 acres. This expansion included airplane hangars, cargo buildings, and even a post office. Next, there was an expressway built to connect O'Hare International Airport with downtown Chicago. People could travel to and from the airport quickly and easily, making it a desirable location. Finally, the main terminal building and parking lot were completed. These expansions led to a greater number of passengers. In 1962, 10 million passengers traveled through the airport that year alone. O'Hare was officially the world's busiest airport.O'Hare's growth was accompanied by innovation. In order to increase efficiency, the airport developed a task force that allowed three runways to be used at the same time in 1976. The Passenger Facility Charge, which charged passengers for using the airport, was introduced in 1990. This money was used to improve and modernize the airport. The Airport Transit System was created to help transport passengers between terminals in 1993. In 1996, the O'Hare Noise Compatibility Commission was created to help surrounding neighborhoods deal with aircraft noise. To aid with the O'Hare Modernization Program, a Sustainable Design Manual was created in 2003. This cutting-edge document helped the airport think about the environment during the modernization process. The principles outlined in the manual were later used in a similar document in August 2009 that promoted environmental sustainability at the airport. Over the years, O'Hare International Airport has grown and innovated to manage its expansion.Read Article 2 and answer the question.Between O'Hare and Midway International Airports, over one thousand flights depart Chicago every day. When planes take off and land, they create vibrations. These vibrations create noise in Chicago neighborhoods. In the early days of both airports, the city of Chicago realized that aircraft noise was a problem. People were unable to talk on their phones, watch television, or sleep peacefully at night. In 1996, the O'Hare and Midway Noise Compatibility Commissions were created to help solve the noise problem. The Commissions searched for ways to reduce the effect of aircraft noise on the surrounding neighborhoods. First, pilots and air controllers volunteered to follow the Fly Quiet Program. The program suggested that pilots use runways and flight paths over forests, highways, and industrial areas at night. By avoiding housing areas, pilots and air controllers decreased the noise level of the airplanes in these areas. That way, people would be able to sleep.Next, the commissions focused on using sound insulation in homes near the airports. If residents lived in an area that experienced a high volume of noise, then they were eligible to have their homes insulated. Residents were given different options. Their homes could be insulated by installing special windows, doors, or air conditioning. Similar steps were also taken to insulate private and public schools in the affected areas. The continued presence of the O'Hare and Midway Noise Compatibility Commissions is evident today. An Airport Noise Management System uses noise monitors to measure the noise levels in neighborhoods each day. A Community Outreach Vehicle distributes information about aircraft noise. Residents can use the Flight Tracker program. This online program shows images of where planes fly. If there is still a problem with noise, people can call the hotline or complete an online form. How is the structure of Article 1 different from the structure of Article 2? stream hot sauce by nct dream lolzies 5.
