“I don’t think portion sizes in America follow the healthy diet guideline because if you go to restaurants and even fast food places you will notice that the portions are quite large, encouraging americans to eat more for cheaper quantities.”

i disagree because you can have large potion sizes of healthy foods, and small portions of unhealthy foods but the same amount of calories, but more nutrients.
