En latinoámerica existen platos exquisitos que los americanos se mueren por probar. Empezamos por México, las enchiladas Mmmm, que delicia, estas son tortillas de maiz bañadas en salsa picante rellenas con cualquier tipo de carne, a mi me gustan mucho, pero no es mi favorito porque pican demasiado.

Seguimos con Perú, uno de los países con la mejor gastronomía. Este país tiene numerosos platos muy emblemáticos, entre estos esta el ceviche de pescado, cuenta con limón, ají, cebolla, lechuga y no más faltaba el pescado de tu preferencia. Y no nos olvidemos del maíz morado ¡De seguro ese ceviche esta exquisito!

Otro país con deliciosa comida es Colombia, el país de donde viene el acento paisa uno de los mas bellos, asimismo tenemos la bandeja paisa que tiene carne molida, frijoles, aguacate, tajada de plátano chicharrón y arroz. ¡Ya se me antojo una bandeja paisa!

Es de suma importancia conocer sobre otras culturas para fomentar la inclusión. Muchos latinos se sienten estereotipados constantemente por los americanos, ¡debemos romper estos estereotipos! una forma de romperlos es investigando sobre sus costumbres, en lugar de juzgarlos sin conocerlos.
