Answer: Conflict may be healthy because it can solve problems between others and get them to understand each other.

conflict is unhealthy and can really take a toll on someone because if they are an over thinker they will overthink every single detail in the argument(s). the individual will soon lose focus on the things they need to focus on because they are far too worried about what went down in the conflict. this will cause them to possibly fail classes or “fall off” with friends or even not do well in sports. the parents of the individual will probably get mad at him/her for failing and not doing well with sports. all of these events will result in extreme stress which is not good for anybody, especially a student.
