Answers

Answer 1

Answer:

Social Darwinism would affect American Political thought because it is an ideology that justifies racism, discrimination, and promotes eugenesia, based on the application of the ideas of Darwin to a social context.

That is to say, Social Darwinism is the belief that some people or some groups of people are inherently superior to others, and as such, they deserve to be on top of society, and to override the desires or priorities of people or groups of people deemed to be inferior.

advantages of the Bering strait bridge

Answers

At a Russian Academy of Science meeting in March, Vladimir Yakunin, the 66-year-old head of Russian Railways, unveiled detailed plans for what may seem like an impossible infrastructure project. Yakunin proposed engineers could build a high-speed railway through the entirety of Siberia, dubbed the Trans-Eurasian Belt Development (TEPR)—the final destination of which would be the mouth of an underwater tunnel crossing the Bering Strait. Highway, too, could be constructed adjacent to the tracks, effectively making ground transportation possible from Anchorage to Moscow—or for that matter, New York to Paris. Or, if we’re going to go there, Miami to Johannesburg.

Asia and North America are now separated by a part of the Pacific Ocean called the Bering Strait. A strait is a narrow pathway of water connecting two larger bodies of water. Two million and 12,000 years ago, the Bering Strait did not exist. Instead, plains of grass and land connected the two continents. Before this time, people and animals could cross this plain from Asia to North America on their feet. People who went across the land bridge from Asia hunted giant moose, antelope, and mammoths. When the animals wandered across the land bridge to North America, some of the hunters moved there too. This meant that the Bering Strait stopped hunters, making it more safe! Slowly, hunters made their way southward across North America. Soon when they finally reach many different areas of the continent, among these people were the first Californians. They settled in all of California's regions-in it’s northern mountains, in its river valleys, along the coast, and in dry areas on the southwest.

The main advantages are underlined.

Then the princess ran to the door and opened it, and there she saw the frog, whom she had quite forgotten. At this sight she was sadly frightened, and shutting the door as fast as she could came back to her seat.

The king, her father, seeing that something had frightened her, asked her what was the matter.

“There is a nasty frog,” said she, “at the door, that lifted my ball for me out of the spring this morning. I told him that he should live with me here, thinking that he could never get out of the spring; but there he is at the door, and he wants to come in.”

c. Adult salamanders have a tail: adult frogs do not

Explanation:

The water is still crucial for their live, despite them being relatively well developed for terrestrial live, with the biggest importance being that their offspring needs it in order to develop. The salamander offspring has only front limbs and tail, thus it can not live on land until it is fully developed, while the frog and toad offspring doesn't have any limbs at the start, only tail, thus not being able to even come out of the water. why is the population distribution of Asia not even?

Answers

Answer:

Explanation: World population distribution describes how people are spread out across the globe. The human population is not spread evenly. Few people live in locations that are sparsely populated and densely populated places have many. The distribution of people is often shown using a dot distribution map.

The Himalayas are a good example of an environment that is difficult or challenging for people to live and work in. This large mountain range in Asia has low temperatures, poor soil quality and the slopes are too steep for people to live on and cultivate - and so it is sparsely populated. Other locations, such as parts of the UK, are more densely populated because they have flatter land, good soils and a mild climate.

Answer:

Because the asian countries people's are not so educated so, they don't have much knowledge about population management , That's why the population of Asia is not even
