Dear diary,
Today was my brothers birthday. I helped him organize it and invited his friends he had a great time we had ice cream cake-vanilla. We open presents after we played pin the tail on the donkey and musical chairs. Then, we invited everyone to the pool. They had a great time. Popsicles, playing in the sun, tag. He loved it. After everyone went home, he ran up to me and gave me a giant hug. He said “I love you.” The party was for sure is a success and right after we cleaned up I completely forgot that I was the one who did all of it. He said he had the best birthday ever. I’m glad he loved it because I love him, too. Happy birthday, Buddy.

There are various examples of smoking. Smoking leads to lung cancer, heart disease, strokes, asthma, and a wide variety of other diseases. Smokers experience more coughs and colds as compared to non-smokers. Besides affecting oneself, it also has a negative impact on others around smokers which is also known as secondhand smoking. Also, any pregnant women who are exposed to cigarette smoke will have an increased risk of having an abnormal baby. Did you ever wonder what's in the cigarette that millions of people love to smoke every day? Well, there are over 4000 toxic substances in a cigarette. Some of these are Arsenic (found in rat poisons), Acetic acid (found in hair dye developer), Ammonia (found in household cleaners), Benzene (found in rubber cement), Butane (found in lighter fluid), Carbon Monoxide (found in car fumes), Hydrazine and Methanol (both found in rocket fuel), Tar (found inroads).
