Today is my last day of life and I discovered that the expression "watching life pass before my eyes" is not a melodramatic exaggeration of some tacky and poorly written show, but it is real. When our life is about to end, it is impossible that we will not be able to think about everything we have lived in the past, or at least the most remarkable moments of our life. In my case, I remember my first bike, my first job, family trips, experiences with friends and the many moments of petting my cat.
I just want to keep the good memories, that made me comfortable and that showed me that I lived. Of course, my life has had bad and unpleasant moments, many of them, caused by myself, but I don't want to remember them as regrets. They were important to build who I am and without them, I would not have lived the way I did and I do not want to change anything. Besides, who am I to judge my past self? I have changed myself so many times that I cannot consider myself the same person. My changes only end now, as well as the experiences, the moments and the life.

"You are on your way to your school's library. While going up to the stairs, you witness a group of male students bullying (making fun of) another student. You have noticed incidents like this many times already."
What will you do to address this issue? Use appropriate
modals to answer this question.
Answer:
I don't know what you mean by "appropriate models", but if you see someone getting bullied, you can try to step in and say something like "hey, stop doing that. That's not cool." or if you're not that type of person (which is totally fine, I'm not either), then immediately go and get an authority figure. Don't wait. The victim might get hurt. Go and get a teacher right then.
If you're having trouble staying on topic during the drafting process, which of the following would be the most helpful advice?

O B. Make sure to explore any tangents that you find interesting while you're writing

Answer:
a
Explanation:
makes tha most sense
Option A. Looking at the outline and comparing what's written will be the most helpful advice.
The drafting process is when a rough draft of whatever's been discussed or required is written down. This means that this is the first step in writing but is not the final step.
Staying in focus is one step that is important to any writing process. This requires constant 'reminder' of what the main topic or idea is, and would need to be the main point around which the whole argument is based on. When one experiences a problem staying in focus, it is helpful that one goes back to the outline and compares the points just written. This will enable the writer to see if the outline and what's just written match or have the same topic.Staying on the topic requires the writer to write around the main topic. This means that whatever is written needs to be in tandem with the main topic. And to do that, going over the outline and comparing the notes will help in staying focus. Thus, the correct answer is option A.

What irony is there in Romeo’s reflections on Juliet’s beauty in death shortly before he kills himself?
dam romeo and juliet took a dark turn
This entire scene was filled with dramatic irony. One example is when Romeo thinks that Juliet is dead. We know that she is in fact not dead, just under a poisonous sleep. I was on the edge of my seat because if Juliet would have woken up any earlier, they could have had a happy life in Mantua.

“He could almost hear the outdoors calling to him” is an example of what type of figurative language?
A) hyperbole
B) personification
C) simile
D) onomatopoeia
B. Personification
Here's why:
A hyperbole is an exaggeration of something like: "It's hotter than the sun outside!"
A personification of something is when an object that is not human is given a human like action or personality, like: "The lightning danced across the sky."
A simile is a comparison of two alike things to make the imagery stronger, for example: "He's as sly as a fox."
An onomatopoeia is a word that makes a sound, for example: "Pow" or "bang".
So the best option for the sentence, "He could almost hear the outdoors calling to him," would be personification.
Hope this helps, good luck mate! :D

Michael is researching how small businesses help create jobs. He found the following study published by the Small Business Administration (SBA) in 2010.
Most small firms start small, stay small, and close just a few years after opening. This typical life cycle is often used as evidence that small firms do not have a significant impact on employment. However, the Census Bureau’s Business Dynamics Statistics (BDS) show that firms created 70.5 million jobs in their first year of existence between 1977 and 2000; 57 million jobs remained by the time those firms reached their fifth birthday.
Michael wants to use exact words from this study in his writing. In which option can Michael use the exact words from the study, but also avoid plagiarism?
A.
Small business firms can create employment, as the Census Bureau’s Business Dynamics Statistics show that firms created 70.5 million jobs in their first year of existence between 1977 and 2000, and by the time the firms were five years old they still retained 57 million jobs.
B.
Evidence shows that, despite the belief that small business firms have short life spans, they can have a significant impact on employment with the Census Bureau’s statistics showing that between 1977 and 2000, small firms created 70.5 million jobs in their first year of existence.
C.
Despite having short life spans, small business firms create and sustain employment. A study by the Census Bureau’s Business Dynamics Statistics states that small firms “created 70.5 million jobs in their first year of existence between 1977 and 2000; 57 million jobs remained by the time those firms reached their fifth birthday. ” (p.7).
D.
“The typical life cycle of small firms promotes the idea that they close a few years after opening, but evidence gathered by the Census Bureau’s Business Dynamics Statistics (BDS) shows that firms created 70.5 million jobs in their first year of existence between 1977 and 2000, with 57 million jobs still in existence by the time the firms reached their fifth birthday. ”
Answer:
B. Evidence shows that, despite the belief that small business firms have short life spans, they can have a significant impact on employment with the Census Bureau’s statistics showing that between 1977 and 2000, small firms created 70.5 million jobs in their first year of existence.

Write a brief paragraph about God as He reveals His personality in Everyman.
Answer:
"Everyman" is a play that was written by an anonimous writer in the 15th century and its complete title was "Somonyng of Everyman". In essence, this play speaks about Everyman, the main character, who after having lived a very comfortable and superficial life is called by God, through Death, to account for his life and pay for his sins. In his fear, and knowing what awaits him, Everyman goes to his usual friends: Fellowship, Kindred, Cousin and Goods, to see if they will accompany him in his journey through death. But all of them desert him. The only people who offer their help are Good-Deeds, who has been really sick due to Everyman´s sin and mistreatment of her, Knowledge and Confession. In the end, Good-Deeds recovers when Everyman repents for his sins and she goes with him to God´s judgement. Everyman becomes really happy when he sees that Good-Deeds has recovered because now he won´t be alone, and also because he now knows, thanks to Confession and Knowledge, that he will be able to stand before God, and find salvation and peace.
Explanation:
God is a minor character in Everyman and makes an appearance only at the beginning of the play. He requests the audience's attention and then complains about human's superficial nature before summoning Death to find Everyman. He believed that he could use death to instill a specific type of fear in humans that would bring them back to His side. God was unhappy because humans focused too much on wealth and lost sight of the sacrifice He made for their good, and forgot the importance of charity.

5. Tho the morning was cold, Tom was happy & warm,
6. So if all do their duty they need not fear harm.
