Answer:
You woke up at night and saw a house on fire....:
One day I had decided to take off from school to prepare for my Board examination. My mother went out as I was there to take care of my little sister. I was studying and my sister was sleeping. Suddenly I noticed it was past eight in the night and my mom was not back home. It was raining very heavily. My mom rang up to say that she was in her friends’ house as the roads were flooded and she would return as soon as the rain stopped.
I told her to be safe and I would take care of my sister and she could come the next day morning. Giving assurance I gave dinner to my sister and after locking the house both of us went to sleep. Suddenly, I heard a terrible noise outside. I was scared but nonetheless I opened the window and saw that there was a fire in the opposite building. There was chaos all around.
The rain had stopped but there was heavy wind blowing. Due to the rains, the transformer which was in front of the building had caught fire and because of the wind, it spread quickly to the trees beside and into the building wires. The transformer burst and the people of the building were stranded. We called the fire service. We started pouring water and as there was a construction site besides, we tried to take sand and pour it but due to rain, the sand was all wet and so it was of no use.
Luckily, we had a big hose and we tried to blow out the fire with the help of water through the hose. It was a good try but not enough for the huge fire. The fire service people came and started their work and it took about one hour to put off the fire completely. They were able to escort the residents safely outside the building as the fire had started in the terrace area. So, the residents were taken out safely and we let them stay at our houses for the night as some damages had taken place.

Essay about if only thoughts had an off switch
Many people who practice meditation have the capacity to entirely empty their minds, or perhaps I should say to enable their minds to do so.
People frequently have mental pictures of tiny bald-headed monks sitting cross-legged with bright orange and scarlet robes covering them when they think of meditation. They believe that in order to meditate, you must force yourself to stop thinking and cease thinking at all. For the typical individual, this is not always intuitive, but that is okay. Finding your spiritual path involves taking the time to consider what is most effective for you. Understanding that the brain will not stop thinking simply by "willing" it to is the biggest fundamental to meditation.

In a five-paragraph literary analysis essay, explain how each author develops the common theme. Compare and contrast how the authors
develop this theme by referencing specific literary devices and techniques in your response
"Response to Executive Order 9066"
In "In Response to Executive Order 9066," a Japanese American girl's response to the accusations leveled against her by her best friend, a "white girl named Denise," is depicted. The author responds to the accusations of racism with love and hope rather than with anger or hatred.
The Japanese Americans were imprisoned as a result of President Franklin D. Roosevelt's directive, which was issued on February 19, 1942, authorizing the forceful evacuation of all things considered a national security threat from the West Coast to "relocation facilities" further inland.
The author incorporates the theme or message into several components that together make up the literary piece by using literary devices. Character development, setting, atmosphere, plot, point of view, figurative language, allegory, symbolism, and irony are a few of the more frequently used literary devices.
Both Dwight Okita's "Response to executive order 9066" and Sandra Cisneros' "Mericans" develop the central issue of American identity through the use of literary tropes including simile, imagery, and personification. Sandra Cisneros employs visuals to develop the text's concept in "Mericans."

Answer:
The attention of the entire world was focused on the war in Europe
Explanation:
That is the book unknown citizen was an attention seeker ,which made the entire world focused on the war in Europe
The world's attention was directed toward the war in Europe in 1940, the year that this poem was published in Auden's book Another Time, which later became known as World War II.
What is "The Unknown Citizen"?W.H. Auden's "The Unknown Citizen" portrays the life of an unidentified man as a dystopian report. The poem attacks standardization and the relationship between the modern state and its residents by describing the “ordinary citizen” through the perspective of numerous governmental entities.
According to the idea of "The Unknown Citizen," many regular people's lives are so routine and unremarkable that they might as well be invisible or unidentified. They are merely a face in the throng or an empty suit. Naturally, it's just a metaphor.

Jaja managed to flee the tyranny of Papa's control only to discover a new form of oppression in a jail ruled by a dishonest administration. Now Kambili begins to give us an update on Ifeoma's family. Amaka is still an activist and an idealist. Jaja has once more withdrawn into silence, his heart hardened by imprisonment and burdened with regret. What is Purple hibiscus Chapter 17 about? In this chapter, Even though the head of state is no longer alive, corruption and bribery are nevertheless commonplace in places like prisons. Kambili still adores Father Amadi as much as she did three years ago. Although Kambili has obviously matured significantly, they still have a tight relationship and nothing has been decided about their future.
The novel ends on this flimsy note of hope, as Jaja briefly allows himself to connect with Mama and Kambili even through the most basic observation. Mama breaks her silence with a simple "thank you," which seems to thank him for both his sacrifice in accepting responsibility for Papa's death and for not holding that sacrifice against Mama.
