Bole - Wa Lawra hills
Zabzugu hills
From the above examples, it can be seen that highlands include mountains, ridges, plateau and hills.
The characteristics which are related to the landscape of specific areas are known as relief features.
Water patterns are not included in relief features.
The four major relief features of Ghana are,
1- Akwapim togo mountain range
2- Volta Delta
3- Akan lowlands
4- Fertile soils
Relief features are dependent on the elevation of the land.
