The 23rd President

The 23rd president of the United States of America, Benjamin Harrison, is one of America's least known presidents. Harrison was the grandson of the 9th president of the United States, William Henry Harrison. Benjamin Harrison was president from 1889-1893. Harrison was a prominent lawyer, church leader, and politician in Indianapolis, Indiana, who also served in the Civil War as a Union Army colonel. By 1876, he had unsuccessfully run for governor of Indiana, but was later elected by the Indiana General Assembly to a six-year term in the US Senate.
After leaving the Senate, in 1888, Harrison, a Republican, ran against the Democratic incumbent Grover Cleveland for president. Harrison's administration's initiatives included pioneering economic legislation, the creation of national forest reserves, and protective trade rates. Furthermore, Harrison was responsible for strengthening and modernizing the US Navy, veterans' benefits, and foreign policy.
Harrison's career prior to his presidency was also highly successful, although he had experienced minor defeats. His presidency was no exception. Harrison faced challenges including being criticized for his decision-making style and his slow pace. Even though Harrison's proposals for federal education funding and voting rights for African Americans were unsuccessful, these defeats did not overshadow his triumphs in economic policy.

Can someone please help? I need to count measures 16-25. Like 1 e and a 2 e. That kind of counting. Can you also explain how to count? I just played the music. I never payed attention to that and now we have an assignment on it.

Answers

Answer:

Sorry for the late response! Hope this helps! I put the parenthesis in there as well to show what isn't technically there, but you would still play the note if that makes sense. So in order to count notes you would start with 1 2 3 4 as quarter notes. 1 + 2+ 3+ 4+ is eighth notes. 1 e a 2 e a 3 e a 4 e a as triplets. And lastly 1e+a 2e+a 3e+a 4e+a for 16th notes.

Explanation:

16- 1+(2) +3(+)(4) +

17- 1+(2+3+4+)

18- 1 2 (3) 4 +

19- 1 (2) (rest 3 4)

20- 1+ (rest 2) + 3 (4) +

21- 1 + (2 3 4)

22- 1 2 (3) 4+

23- 1 (2)(rest 3 4)

24. 1+ (2) + 3+ 4

25. 1 + (2) + 3+ 4

If you were to read this exactly how it is on the page, you would only read what I didn't put in parenthesis.

State the 10 types of Pomology
Olericulture
Horticulture In agriculture.

Answers

Answer:

Explanation:

Horticulture is divided into the cultivation of plants for food (pomology and olericulture) and plants for ornament (floriculture and landscape horticulture). Pomology deals with fruit and nut crops. Olericulture deals with herbaceous plants for the kitchen, including, for example, carrots (edible root), asparagus (edible stem), lettuce (edible leaf), cauliflower (edible flower buds), tomatoes (edible fruit), and peas (edible seed). Floriculture deals with the production of flowers and ornamental plants; generally, cut flowers, pot plants, and greenery. Landscape horticulture is a broad category that includes plants for the landscape, including lawn turf but particularly nursery crops such as shrubs, trees, and vines.

The specialization of the horticulturist and the success of the crop are influenced by many factors. Among these are climate, terrain, and other regional variations.

Those who carried on by Ghost

Inside their little world,
They tried to be understood
But all that came of it was a mess
So sort it out in conversations
Devout apparitions
Would say they’re horrid nonetheless

Once more, their heads are caving in
There’s a window that jarred on their conscience
Once more, they’ve left remembering
To the people who picked up their arms and legs
And carried on

They pulled apart their own ego at the seams,
And spilled their organs everywhere
Caught in polarized degrees
They may decay again, so beware
These are people too backwards to die out
They may never escape from the rise, now
They may never come back

Crumbling still,
Their little world rebuilt
What couldn’t be endured
Now, there’s nothing left to go to waste
So sort it out with new perspectives
Reused and defective,
They challenged odds face-to-face

Once more, their head had caved in
And the past lingered nearby a locked door
Once more, they had revisited
Something over and over and over again
And carried on

So after all these years,
They remained a form of art
‘cus they had problems from the start
Though they acted on a dare
There’s nothing stopping them, so beware
These are people too fearless to die out
Though they’ll never escape from the rise,
Now…
