In a specific event, Allan Bakke, a white man seeking admission into the University of California, sued the school claiming that they rejected his application because he was of a less favorable minority group. While conservatives did not defeat affirmative action laws, they did gain supporters and caused the system to become an ongoing issue. Finally, during the 1970s a religious awakening occurred. Evangelists used the media to spread their views and broadened the educational resources for people to learn about religion and the traditional expectations women had to fulfill. Overall conservative groups fought greatly to block the passage of progressive legislation and gained supporters in their causes. Although at times these groups did not directly prohibit the new freedoms created, their opposition sparked controversy and revived them as issues that are still fought against today.

I wouldnt necessarily give them money because that can be used for their supply and habits but i would use that wand to supply them with nourishment, a cook book to give them something to do with themselves, a tv and internet to keep them entertained, and a recreational group that includes activities for them to put themselves in so they have something to look forward too and involvement with other healthy people to surround themselves with.
Unfortunately i dont have a wand- nor am i rich enough to put all of this into place so i will continue to protest for the rights of the unforgotten. They have gone through hell and back for all i know and some of them have no assistance or are even acknowledged of their struggles.
