If failures are a stepping stone, I’ve built myself a ladder to heaven

Answers

Answer 1

Answer:

Good morning everyone. Respected teachers and my seniors and juniors. Today, I will be speaking on the topic, "If failures are a stepping stone, I’ve built myself a ladder to heaven".

Failure and success run hand in hand. One succeeds while the other fails. It  is a part of life which we live. Not everyone wins and not everyone fails. We might fail today but there will be another chance tomorrow but we should never give up on anything. Our biggest failure will be to ‘give up’. Giving up should never be an option. If something is hard, we need to fight twice as hard against it. Failure gives us experience and leaves room for improvement so that the next time we do the same thing, we know we won’t repeat our past mistakes which will lead us towards success. We never have a last chance. Life is full of chances, opportunities and unexpected miracles. We just need to have a little faith and effort to fight for success. Lastly, I would like to conclude my speech by saying,"Try, try, try but never cry".

Thank you,

Have a great day ahead.

Answers

The curricular theory that bases your decisions as an educator before your group of students is learner-centered.

What is a curriculum theory?

Curriculum theory refers to how an educational institution determines what is important to learn and teach, as well as how learning will be measured. Pedagogy and curriculum theory are closely related, but where pedagogy discusses how people teach and learn, curriculum describes how people determine what to teach and learn.

The teacher's role as a facilitator is to encourage each student to perform their best thinking and practice. As a facilitator, the instructor encourages students' full participation, promotes mutual understanding, and fosters shared responsibility among students.

Learners are viewed as active agents in a learner-centered approach. They bring their own knowledge, past experiences, education, and views, which influences how they absorb and learn new information.
