I pondered this question for a while and I think that they should have to pay for a portion of this option. If these inmates really want to change for the better and have some use in society then they would be willing to pay a portion of these services. I believe that therapy should be paid for by the state. Therapy is a useful and I think effective tool that we have at our disposal, this is the only service I think that should be cost effective to inmates because of the benefit it provides to them by simply talking with someone with morals and guidance. I do not believe that education rehabilitation should be free, those who are not in prison have to pay the same so why should they, I think that the state should help support in some ways however primarily I think that the prisoners should pay for their education and training into jobs for when they are released.
