7. कान – उभरे हुए और बड़े हो. उनके भीतर की चमड़ी मुलायम तथा पीले रंग की हो.
8. ऑंखें – साफ, बड़ी, ममतामयी एवं स्निग्ध हो.
9. नाक – साफ हो और उससे पानी न बहता हो.
10. होंठ – कोमल, सटे हुए एवं ताम्बे के से लाल रंग के हो.
11. दांत – सफेद मजबूत तथा कीड़े- रहित हों.
12. जीभ – साधारण लम्बी, कुछ लाल-सी, मुलायम एवं कांटे रहित हो.
13. गला – साफ, सुरीला एवं ऊंचे स्वरवाला हो.

16. धुन्नी (पेट के नीचे की चमड़ी) – बड़ी, फैली हुई और मुलायम हो.

18. पैर – सुडौल, मजबूत एवं लम्बे हो, परंतु चलते समय आपस में न लगते हो.
19. खुर – सटे हुए, गोल एवं मजबूत हों और इनके भीतर की चमड़ी पीली व मुलायम हो.
20. ऐन – खुला, चौकोर, चौड़ा तथा बड़ा हो. अगले पैरों की तरफ से उभरी हुई रस्सी के आकार की दूध की नसें ऐन की ओर आती दिखाई पड़ती हो.
21. थन – लंबे, मुलायम और दूर-दूर हो. चारों थान एक-से तथा बड़े हों.
22. शरीर – नीरोग तथा भरा हुआ, किन्तु मोटा न हो. वस्तुतः मोटी गाय में केवल मांस ही ज्यादा बढ़ जाता है. जिससे उसकी दूध देने की शक्ति कम हो जाती है.
